Use this screen to view/edit the Availability feature.

To View and Edit Availability

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > DM PM Criteria > Parameter Criteria > From Display Name > Availability.

Select the desired DM/PM Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Availability parameters.

The Availability window is displayed.
