In this section:
Use the System and Software Info window to view information on the SBC application package currently installed, system information, and gain access to the BMC.
On the SBC main screen, navigate to Monitoring > Dashboard > System and Software Info or
Monitoring > System > Category: System Status and Statistics > System and Software Info
The System and Software Info window opens and consists of three panes:

This pane provides a basic information about the SBC node.
The following entries are displayed:
Table 1: System Info
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Uptime | Specifies from how long the SBC is up and running in DD:HH:MM:SS format. |
CE Name | Specifies the name of the Individual SBC node or the local host name. |
Serial # | Specifies the unique serial number of SBC. The serial number is required to send the valid license files when requested. |
This pane displays SBC software environment details.
The BMC and BIOS firmware parameters are not applicable for SBC SWe.
The following entries are displayed:
Table 2: System Version
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
SERVER | Specifies the name of the SBC server or the local host name. |
BMC | Specifies the currently installed BMC version. |
BIOS | Specifies the currently installed BIOS version. |
OS | Specifies the currently installed operating system (OS) version. |
EMA | Same as the SBC application package version. |
SBC | Specifies the currently installed SBC application package version. |
SBCType | Specifies the SBC personality such as iSBC for integrated SBC. |
Build Number | Specifies the software build number. |
Installedhostrole | Specifies the role of the host at the time of the SBC installation. |
Currenthostrole | Specifies the current role of the host. Usually, it is same as Installed Host Role. The role changes only during a switchover process. |
This pane provides the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses of the SBC management ports as links. You can click the IPv4 address or IPv6 address link to access the SBC EMA interface in an another window.

Interface | Specifies the name of the SBC management interface. |
IPv4 | Specifies the IPv4 address of the SBC management IP. |
IPv6 | Specifies the IPv6 address of the SBC management IP. |
You can access the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) interface from this screen.
Click Open BMC on the top right corner of System Info pane. The BMC login screen is displayed.
