Description

This alarm indicates that the GPU card failed sanity test execution during system start-up (system boot). The alarm indicates a GPU hardware issue.

The event message displays the faulted GPU device's serial number and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) slot ID.

Repetition

Each provisioned GPU device executes the GPU sanity test. Each GPU produces its own alarm if it fails the sanity test.
