In this section:
Specifies the type of SIP Security Mechanism.
To View SIP Security Mechanism
On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Service Profiles > SIP Security Profile > SIP Security Mechanism.
Select the desired SIP Security Profile from the drop-down list to view/edit the SIP Security Mechanism parameters.
The SIP Security Mechanism window is displayed.

To Edit SIP Security Mechanism
To edit any of the SIP Security Mechanism in the list, click the radio button next to the specific SIP Security Mechanism name.
The Edit Selected SIP Security Mechanism window is displayed below.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
To Create SIP Security Mechanism
To create a new SIP Security Mechanism, click New SIP Security Mechanism tab on the SIP Security Mechanism List panel.

Parameter | Description |

Security Mechanism Type | Identifies the list of security mechanisms supported by SBC and the corresponding precedence level for each security mechanism.

Precedence | Specifies the precedence value of this SIP Security Mechanism Type (lowest value has higher precedence). The value range from 1 to 65535. |
To Delete SIP Security Mechanism
To delete any of the created SIP Security Mechanism, click the radio button next to the specific SIP Security Mechanism which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.
Click Yes to remove the specific SIP Security Mechanism from the list.
