To View and Edit Character Match
On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > DM PM Criteria > Parameter Criteria > PAI Character Match > Character Match.
Select the desired DM PM Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Character Match parameters.
The Character Match window displays.
Parameter | Length/Range | Description |
|---|---|---|
Start Character Position | 0-22 | Specifies the character starting point. Default = 0. |
| Match Value | Up to 23 characters | Specifies the value to use for matching. The number of digits in the match value must be the same as the number specified in the Number of Digits field (default = ""). |
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
