In this section:

This object is used to provision the numerical ID and the characteristics of subscribers. You can provision groups of subscribers by partial phone numbers (for example, 978, 617724). The script names referenced must be in the Script table to enable the associated services.

To View Subscriber

On SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Call Routing > Subscriber. The Subscriber window is displayed.

To Edit Subscriber

To edit any of the Subscriber in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Subscriber name.

The Edit Selected Subscriber window is displayed below.

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.

To Create Subscriber

To create a new Subscriber, click New Subscriber tab on the Subscriber List panel.

Id

The ID (phone number) of the subscriber.

Country

The country in which the subscriber resides.

Owning Carrier

The carrier (CIC) to which this subscriber belongs.

Packet Service
Profile

It enables you to specify attributes for packet services on the SBC.

To Copy Subscriber

To copy any of the created Subscriber and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Subscriber to highlight the row.

Click Copy Subscriber tab on the Subscriber List panel.

The Copy Selected Subscriber window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited.

Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save to save the changes. The copied Subscriber is displayed at the bottom of the original Subscriber in the Subscriber List panel.

To Delete Subscriber

To delete any of the created Subscriber, click the radio button next to the specific Subscriber which you want to delete.

Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row. A delete confirmation message appears seeking your decision.

Click Yes to remove the specific Subscriber from the list.
