Use the DSP Call Interval Statistics window to view system DSP resource statistics, in terms of calls, for a series of statistics intervals. To set the statistics time interval and the number of intervals to report, refer to System - Interval Statistics

On the SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > System > Category: System Status and Statistics DSP Res > DSP Call Interval Statistics or
All > System > DSP Res > DSP Call Interval Statistics

The DSP Call Interval Statistics window is displayed.

The following output is displayed:

Table 1: DSP Call Interval Statistics

ParameterDescription
NumberSpecifies a sequence number which identifies the interval for which the set of statistics is shown.
System NameThe node name.
Interval ValidA setting of 'true' indicates the interval contains valid data during the time interval. Each interval is for a configurable fixed time (default interval is 15 minutes) starting on the hour. For example, if the system starts at 12:05, the first interval at 12:15 will not be valid because it is less than the 15-minute interval. Subsequent intervals will be valid upon meeting the 15-minute time interval. System switch-overs also cause invalid intervals because data is lost during the interval.
  • False
  • True
TimeSystem up time when the interval statistics were collected.
Num Call Success No DSP Alloc FailureNumber of successful calls without DSP resource allocation failure for the specified statistics interval.
Num Call Success With DSP Alloc FailureNumber of successful calls with DSP resource allocation failure for the specified statistics interval.

The table contains three columns for each codec:

  • Num Call Fail No <codec> – Number of calls failed due to lack of DSP resource for the specified codec for the specified statistics interval.
  • Num Call Fail Other On <codec> – Number of call fails due to reason other than lack DSP resources for the specified codec for the specified statistics interval.
  • Num Call Success No <codec>– Number of successful calls even though lack of DSP resources for the specified codec for the specified statistics interval.

The following codecs appear:
