You have the option to add links to your own custom help pages to make customized help information available to users of your EMA system. Use the following procedure to link your web page with the help menu within EMA.

  1. In the top bar of the EMA window where you want to add custom help, hover your mouse pointer over the ? (question mark) to open the drop-down menu of online help options.
  2. Click Add Custom Help Topic. The Custom Help Links pop-up window opens.
  3. Click the + (plus sign) to begin adding a help link. Entry fields appear where you can configure a custom help link.
  4. In Help Menu Text, enter the text you want to appear in the link that appears in the help menu.
  5. In Link (URL), enter the URL for the web page you want to open from the EMA help menu.
  6. Optionally, click to check Global Help Topic to display the help link on all EMA windows. Leave it unchecked to display the link only from the current window.
  7. Click Update to add the custom help link.
