Use the following procedure to create a routing label. Enter and select the desired configuration details in the Create Routing Label panel. Create at least one valid routing label route for this routing label (see Create Routing Label Route). The routing label must have at least one valid routing label route to function. You can only edit the Action, Script, Prioritization Type, and Number of Routes per Call fields. To delete a routing label and its associated routing label routes, do the following. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes to delete the routing label. You cannot delete a routing label that is associated with a route.
