Action

If this alarm occurs repeatedly, operator intervention is required to check if the password is correctly set at the SBC and AS.

Impact

If the mismatch happens during a call, then the call is cleared. If this happens during registration, surrogate registration is deleted and the retry timer is restarted.

Clearing

Automatic (sonusSbxSurrRegAuthenticationClearNotification), This clearing alarm is raised when surrogate registration is disabled. The corrective action should be to check username/password so that it is similar to what is configured at application server.
