This field describes the parameters of the Character Match.

To View and Edit Character Match

On SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Digit Parameter Handling > Dm Pm Criteria > Parameter Criteria > PAI Character Match > Character Match.

Select the desired Dm Pm Criteria from the drop-down list to view its respective Character Match parameters.

The Character Match window is displayed.

Parameter

Description

Start Character Position

Specifies the character starting point. The values ranges from 0 to 22 and the default value is 0.

Match ValueSpecifies the value to use for matching. The number of digits in the match value must be the same as the number specified in the Number of Digits field (default = "").

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
