In this section:
This object creates and configures a call admission control (CAC) profile providing the ability for each SIP registered or static endpoint to have individualized limits on the number of active calls and the call rate.
A limit on active calls (CALL LIMIT) is applied to calls in either the ingress or egress direction, whereas policing controls (RATE, BURST-SIZE) apply to ingress and egress calls separately.
To View SIP CAC Profile
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: CAC Provisioning > Sip Cac Profile. The SIP CAC Profile window is displayed.

| Specifies the bandwidth limit value in percentage. The value range from 0 to 100. |
Bandwidth Video Threshold | Specifies the threshold value (as a percentage of video bandwidth) to limit video streams to a specific bandwidth to prevent video calls consuming call bandwidth otherwise needed for audio calls. The value range from 0 to 100 and the default value is "0" which indicates no video threshold value. |
| Oversubscription of calls (as a percentage) allowed for emergency calls. Enter value in range of 0-1000. Oversubscription of calls (as a percentage) allowed for emergency calls. When the baseline limit is reached, normal calls will be stopped but emergency calls will be allowed up to this additional percentage. |
Extended Emergency Ip Limit | Additional number of emergency calls (expressed as a numeric value) allowed if call limit and emergency oversubscription quota are exhausted. The value ranges from 0 to 40000 and the default value is 0. |
