Description

This alarm is generated when the SBC license is configured with a maximum threshold (for example, this matches the SBC-RTU maximum license count) that is lower than the current license count returned by the SLS.

Action

  • Increase the maximum count for that license.
  • In case of call fail, increase the maximum count of the license or wait until call count is less then maximum count.

Impact

  • Call fails, if the current call count is more than the maximum count, which is configured for that license. If the calls are released and the call count is less than maximum count, calls are allowed till the availability of the license.
  • If maximum count is reduced than the previously acquired license, licenses are released to the SLS.
