This object displays the system congestion current statistics.

On the SBC main screen, go to Monitoring > System > Category: System Status and Statistics > System Congestion Interval Statistics. The System Congestion Interval Statistics window is displayed.

The following fields display. By default only ten entries are displayed in a view. You can choose the number of entries to display under the Show entries drop-down box. Click  the expand arrow at the top right of the window to display more fields.

ParameterDescription
Number Sequence number identifying the interval for which the set of statistics is required.
NameSpecifies the name of the CE Node.
Interval Valid

A setting of 'true' indicates the interval contains valid data during the time interval. Each interval is for a configurable fixed time (default interval is 15 minutes) starting on the hour. For example, if the system starts at 12:05, the first interval at 12:15 will not be valid because it is less than the 15-minute interval.

Subsequent intervals are valid upon meeting the 15-minute time interval. System switch-overs also cause invalid intervals because data is lost during the interval.

  • False
  • True
TimeThe system up time when the interval statistics are collected.
Level MC1 CountThe current number of transitions into MC1.
Level MC1 Total TimeThe current sum of time spent in MC1.
Level MC2 CountThe current number of transitions into MC2.
Level MC2 Total TimeThe current sum of time spent in MC2.
Level MC3 CountThe current number of transitions into MC3.
Level MC3 Total TimeThe current sum of time spent in MC3.
Overload RejectsThe current number of calls rejected due to System congestion.
Avg Call RateThe current system average call arrival rate.
Peak Call RateThe current system peak call arrival rate.
Call ArrivalsThe current number of call arrivals.
Emergency Call ArrivalsThe current number of SIP emergency call arrivals.
Emergency Call RejectsThe current number of SIP emergency calls rejects.
Sip Register ArrivalsThe current number of SIP registrations arrivals.
Sip Register RejectsThe current number of SIP registrations rejected.
Avg Register RateThe current average SIP registration arrival rate.
Peak Register RateThe current peak SIP registration arrival rate.
Max Active Calls

The current high water mark of the total number of active calls in both inbound and outbound directions on all trunk groups in the system for specified interval. This statistic applies to calls which are setting up, tearing down or stable.

Switch-over scenario:

When a switch-over occurs from SBC-A to SBC-B, the number of stable calls that were transferred from SBC-A to SBC-B equals the initial value of "maxActiveCalls" (immediately after the switch-over). Subsequent values are calculated and recorded accordingly.

Sip Subscription ArrivalsThe number of SIP SUBSCRIBEs that arrived in the specified interval.
Sip Subscription RejectsThe number of SIP SUBSCRIBEs that are rejected in the specified interval.
Avg Subscription RateThe average SIP SUBSCRIBE arrival rate in the specified interval.
Peak Subscription RateThe peak SIP SUBSCRIBE arrival rate in the specified interval.
