Use the Anat window to set Alternative Network Address Types (ANAT) options for a specific SIP trunk group whose the media address type is set to IPv4 and IPv6.

To View and Edit ANAT Parameters

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All > Address Context > Zone > SIP Trunk Group > Media > Anat or 
Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > Trunk Group > SIP Trunk Group SIP Trunk Advanced > SIP Trunk - Media - Advanced > Media > Anat

Use the drop-down boxes to select the specific Address Context, Zone, and SIP Trunk Group you want to configure.

The Edit Anat window opens.

Use the following table to change the values as needed and then click Save.

Parameter

Description

 Offer PreferenceOffer version precedence when the SDP method is ANAT. The options are:
  • Match Sig Addr Type (default) – Select this option to match the address type (IPv4 or IPv6) used for signaling.
  • IPv4
  • IPv6

Note: This flag is visible only when IPv4 and IPv6 is chosen as the values for the option, Media Addr Type under Media.

 Answer PreferenceAnswer version precedence when the SDP method is ANAT. The options are:

  • Honor Recv Prec - Select this option to choose the first received IP version in the SDP answer within ANAT address format.
Note: This flag is visible only when IPv4 and IPv6 is chosen as the values for the option, Media Addr Type under Media.
