The call routing is controlled based on two Qoe Parameters:

  • Media Qos Based Routing: This entity is associated with an IP signaling profile which in turn can be associated to an IP peer or an IP Signaling peer group or Trunk Group as part of IP Signaling Profile.
  • Signaling Qos Based Routing: This entity is associated with an IP signaling profile which in turn can be associated to an IP peer or an IP signaling peer group or Trunk Group as part of an IP Signaling Profile.

To View and Edit Qoe Call Routing

On SBC main screen, go to All > Global > Qoe Call Matching. The Qoe Call Routing window is displayed.

Based Routing

Specifies whether to enable media Qos Based Routing while setting the parameters for signaling quality based routing or not.

The options are:

  • enabled
  • disabled.

Signaling Qos
Based Routing

Specifies whether to enable signaling Qos Based Routing while setting the parameters for signaling quality based routing or not.

The options are:

  • enabled
  • disabled

Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
