Use the Flags window to configure redirecting capability flags in a Signaling Profile.

To View and Edit Flags

On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Signaling Profiles > Signaling Profile > Egress > Redirection Capability Flags > Flags or
All > Profiles > Signaling > Signaling Profile > Egress > Redirection Capability Flags > Flags

Select the Signaling Profile you want to configure from the drop-down list. The Flags window is displayed.

This window displays parameters only when the Redirection Capability Flags option is enabled. Refer to Egress - Redirection Capability Flags - Profile Management.

Use the following table to configure the options and then click Save.

Parameter Description
Check Carrier Code Combination

When enabled, SBC matches the carrier code in the call against configured carrier codes in the Carrier Code Combination Profile. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Check Ingress Trunk Grp Redirection Capability

When enabled, SBC checks for Ingress Trunk Group redirection capabilities. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Check Number Control Profile For Received Called Number

 When enabled, SBC checks the Number Control Profile for a match on the received called number. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Check Received Redirection Params

 When enabled, SBC checks for both the redirection capability parameter and the redirection information parameter. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Check Redirection Cap of Number Used for Routing In Number Control Profile

 When enabled, SBC checks for redirection capabilities for the number used for routing. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Check SIP Indirect Dip And Username Translation Source Number

 When enabled, SBC checks whether the received request is a SIP Indirect DIP and whether it contains the Translation Source Number. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Create Called Directory Number in Egress Signal On Redirection

When enabled, the original called party is sent by the SBC as the Called Directory Number. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
Skip Redirection On RACIndication Set

When enabled, if the Representative Area Code indicator is set to On in the JTI parameter, the SBC does not perform redirection. The options are:

  • Enable
  • Disable (default)
