Introduction

Create SBC SWe in Azure security group rules for the subnets associated with the following interfaces using the tables corresponding to each type of interface.

  • MGT0
  • HA0
  • PKT0
  • PKT1

Customize security groups based on your network security requirements.
(Refer to Common Public Cloud Security Group Rules for SBC SWe-specific rules) 

Start

  1. Go to the "Network security groups" window in Azure.
    1. Click Add



  2. From the Basics tab, populate the "Project details" fields:
    1. Subscription
    2. Resource Group
    3. Name: MGT0
    4. Region



  3. Select the Tags tab, and enter the Name and Value.



  4. Click the Review and Create button.
    You should receive a message that the Validation passed.



  5. Click the Create button.
    The Deployment is complete.



  6. From the Overview section, click on Deployment.



  7. Click the MGTO link and add Rules as per the recommendations from Ribbon.
    (refer to Common Public Cloud Security Group Rules for additional details)







  8. Repeat the previous steps for HA0, PKT0 and PKT1 interfaces.
