On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > System Provisioning > Category: Trunk Provisioning > IP Signaling Profile > Common IP Attributes > Call Transfer Flags or

The Call Transfer Flags window opens. Select the IP Signaling Profile whose configuration you want to view or edit in the IP Signaling Profile list. The Edit Call Transfer Flags window opens showing the current configuration for the selected profile.
Use the following table to configure the call transfer flags for the selected profile and then click Save.

Handle IP Addresses Not Present In Network Selector Table Nst | Use this parameter to define how to handle a transferred call when the SBC does not perform a PSX query for new routes and the IP address in the Refer-To header is not present in the Network Selector table. The options are:

Force Re Route Via Psx Query | Enable this flag to allow the SBC to perform a PSX query for new routes instead of using the IP address received in the Refer-To header.

Skip Re Route Via PSX Query | Use this parameter to specify whether the SBC queries the PSX for routes when the REFER trunk group is different than the original egress trunk group.
