Use the Call Parameter Filter Profile Data window to add, edit, or delete Call Parameter Filter Profile Data objects that are components of Call Parameter Filter Profiles. Call Parameter Filter Profiles contain profile data to specify call parameter conditions when querying to retrieve AD attributes from the local database of stored Active Directory (AD) data. The AD attributes retrieved can be used in number manipulation, call routing, and policy processing. Refer to Flexible AD Support for ERE for more information on configuring the SBC to to retrieve and store subscriber data from an Active Directory (AD) server. 

To View the Call Parameter Filter Profile Data List

On the SBC main screen, go to All > Profiles > Call Parameter Filter Profile > Call Parameter Filter Profile Data

The Call Parameter Filter Profile Data window opens listing all Call Parameter Filter Profile Data objects for all profiles. To filter the list for a specific profile, select the profile name in the Call Parameter Filter Profile list.

To Create a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data Object

A Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object must be added within a specific profile. To create a new Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object in a profile:

  1. In the Call Parameter Filter Profile list, select the profile to which you want to add a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object. The option to create a new object becomes available.

  2. Click New Call Parameter Filter Profile Data. The Create New Call Parameter Filter Profile Data window opens.

  3. Use the following table to specify the Call Parameter Filter Profile Data parameters and then click Save

Sequence IDSequence ID for the profile data object
TypeProfile type. The default type and only option is AD (Active Directory)
Ad AttributesAd attribute to use in defining the condition specified by the Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object. The Ad attributes from which you can select (Ad Attribute1 to Ad Attribute32) are mapped to specific Active Directory attributes in the Ad Attribute Map Profile.
OperationOperation to use in the condition. Options are: =, <=, =/=, >=, Exist, Not Exist
Ad CpeCall parameter element to use in the condition. Options are: Called Number, Called URI, Calling Name, Calling Number, Calling URI, Original Called Number, Original Calling Number, RedirectingNumber, Redirection Number

To Edit a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data Object

To edit an existing Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object:

  1. Click the radio button next to the specific Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object name. The Edit Selected Call Parameter Filter Profile Data window opens.
  2. Make the required changes and click Save.

To Copy a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data Object

To copy a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object: 

  1. Click the radio button next to the Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object you want to copy.
  2. Click Copy Call Parameter Filter Profile Data. The Copy Selected Call Parameter Filter Profile Data window opens.
  3. Make any required changes and click Save.

When you copy a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object, the copy is created within the same profile as the source object.

To Delete a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data Object

To delete a Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object: 

  1. Click the radio button next to the Call Parameter Filter Profile Data object you want to delete.
  2. Click the delete icon (X) at the end of the row. 
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
