    Dedicated BW For Non RTPMedia

Enter the amount of bandwidth to reserve across all physical interfaces for non-RTP media. The value is specified as a percentage and applies to the system as a whole.

The range allowed is 0 to 50, with a default value of "0." This value applies only to TCP media traffic such as MSRP.

    Note

Configure Dedicated BW For Non RTPMedia to a non-zero value to reserve a percentage of NIF bandwidth for non-RTP calls.

Refer to MSRP Support for more information.

    Enhanced Application Media Support

(This flag is specific to application media)

Enable this flag to use the following functionality:

    • The SBC initiates and establishes TCP on the egress leg only after the TCP connection is successful on ingress leg.
    • The SBC supports transmitting URG (urgent) data from one leg to another.
    • The SBC supports establishing and disconnecting a TCP connection multiple times within the same SIP session.

Refer to SIP over TCP for additional details.
