To View SIP XHeader Profile

On the SBC main screen, navigate to All → Profiles → Signaling →SIP XHeader Profile.

The SIP XHeader Profile window opens:

To Create a SIP XHeader Profile

To create a new SIP XHeader Profile:

  1. Click New SIP XHeader ProfileThe Create New SIP XHeader Profile window opens.

  2. Use the following table to configure the parameters and then click Save

    Specifies the name of the SIP XHeader Profile to attach to a SIP trunk group to support various call transfer scenarios.

    Enables/disables the SIP XHeader Profile.

    • Disabled (default) – Disables the SIP XHeader Profile.

    • Enabled – Enables this profile, which adds SIP XHeaders to the outgoing messages, or parses them from the incoming messages.

To Edit a SIP XHeader Profile

To edit a SIP XHeader Profile:

  1. Click the radio button adjacent to the name of the SIP XHeader Profile you want to edit. The Edit Selected SIP XHeader Profile window opens.
  2. Make any required changes to the profile and click Save.

To Copy a SIP XHeader Profile

To copy a SIP XHeader Profile:

  1. Click the radio button adjacent to the name of the  SIP XHeader Profile you want to copy.
  2. Click Copy SIP XHeader Profile. The Copy Selected SIP XHeader Profile window opens.
  3. Make any required changes to the profile and click Save.

To Delete a SIP XHeader Profile

To delete a SIP XHeader Profile:

  1. Click the radio button adjacent to the name of the  SIP XHeader Profile you want to delete.
  2. Click the delete icon (X) at the end of the row.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
