In this section:
Use this section to associate a call disconnect reason code to a particular Disconnect SSP.
To View Reason
On the SBC main screen, go to Configuration > Profile Management > Category: Service Profiles > Disconnect Treatment Profile > Reason.
Select the desired Disconnect Treatment Profile from the drop-down list to view its respective Reason parameters.
The Reason window is displayed.
To Edit Reason
To edit any of the Reason in the list, click the radio button next to the specific Reason name.
The Edit Selected Reason window is displayed below.
Make the required changes and click Save at the right hand bottom of the panel to save the changes made.
To Create Reason
To create a new Reason, click New Reason tab on the Reason List panel.
The Create New Reason window is displayed.
The following fields are displayed:
To Copy Reason
To copy any of the created Reason and to make any minor changes, click the radio button next to the specific Reason to highlight the row.
Click Copy Reason tab on the Reason List panel.
The Copy Selected Reason window is displayed along with the field details which can be edited.
Make the required changes to the required fields and click Save to save the changes. The copied Reason is displayed at the bottom of the original Reason in the Reason List panel.
To Delete Reason
To delete any of the created Reason, click the radio button next to the specific Reason which you want to delete.
Click Delete at the end of the highlighted row.
When prompted, click Yes to remove the specific Reason from the list.
