Update to 'CDR field Media IPSec Information' Field

The SBC software is updated in this release to populate the "Media IPSec Information" field.

Due to a software bug in releases 10.1.1 and 10.1.2, "Media IPSec Information" will only show two fields if there is no information to present. This will get fixed in 10.1.3.

There are three fields added in the SIP Protocol Variant String addressing the handling of RCD passport headers. These fields are added in the START, STOP, ATTEMPT, and INTERMEDIATE CDR records.

The fields added in 10.1.3R0 are only visible in the CDRs when the following control, that is patch version 1, is configured:

set oam accounting admin patchVer 1

When this control is enabled the ACT file rolls over and the CAM version changes to "00640100".
