Use this window to map SIP headers to XML elements as part of creating a SIP Rec Metadata Profile. The list of SIP header mappings associated with a profile determine which headers are sent in the metadata that accompanies a call that is sent to a Session Recording Server ( SRS), and determines which XML elements are used to convey the headers. A profile can have a maximum of 32 associated mappings between SIP headers and XML elements. Refer to Services - SIP Rec Metadata Profile for information on creating the profile objects. Refer to SIPREC Support for more information on SIP session recording.
From the SBC main window go to: All > Profiles > Services > SIP Rec Metadata Profile > SIP Header. The SIP Header window opens showing a list of all mappings defined across all profiles. To filter the list, select a specific profile from the SIP Rec Metadata Profile list.
Click New SIP Header. The Create New SIP Header window opens.
