The SBC Edge device Overview page gives an overview of the selected SBC Edge device.

Currently EdgeView supports SBC SWe LiteRAMP-EV and EdgeView on RAMP devices.

SBC SWe Lite Device Overview

Navigate to Devices > List and select the required SBC SWe Lite device.

SBC SWe Lite Device Overview


The device overview page gives the following details:

  • Basic device details:
    • Alarm – The highest severity alarm indicator icon appears next to the device name at the top if the SBC SWe Lite device has an alarm set.
    • Model & Mode – The device model and mode.
    • SWe Lite ID – Unique SBC SWe Lite device ID.
    • Firmware version – Firmware version running on the device.
    • Active address – The active address of the device.
    • Description – Description if available.
    • Located in – The collection in which the device is located.
    • SIP SG – The SIP Server Signalling Group Status. Click the SIP SG status to see more details about SIP Server Signalling Group status.


  • Total SIP Sessions – Total number of SIP sessions in the last 24 hours.

  • Total SIP Sessions with Transcode Services – Total number of SIP sessions with Transcode Services in the last 24 hours.

  • Total SIPREC Sessions – Total number of SIPREC sessions in the last 24 hours.

RAMP-EV and EdgeView on RAMP Device Overview

Navigate to Devices > List and select the required RAMP-EV or EdgeView on RAMP device.

SBC 1000/2000 Device Overview


The device overview page gives the following details:

  • Basic device details:
    • Alarm – The highest severity alarm indicator icon appears next to the device name at the top if the RAMP-EV or EdgeView on RAMP device has an alarm set.
    • Model & Mode – The device model and mode.
    • MAC Address – MAC Address of the RAMP-EV or EdgeView on RAMP device.
    • Firmware version – Firmware version running on the device.
    • Active address – The active address of the device.
    • Description – Description if available.
    • Located in – The collection in which the device is located.
    • Policy Compliant –  Specifies whether the device is policy compliant.
    • SIP SG – The SIP Server Signalling Group Status. Click the SIP SG status to see more details about SIP Server Signalling Group status.



    • ISDN SG – The ISDN Signalling Group Status. Click the ISDN SG status to see more details.


    • CAS SG – The CAS Signalling Group Status. Click the CAS SG status to see more details.


    • Ethernet Port – The Ethernet Port status. Click the Ethernet Port status to see more details.


    • DS1 Port – The DS1 Port status. Click the DS1 Port status to see more details.

    • BRI Port – The BRI Port status. Click the BRI Port status to see more details.

    • FXS Port – The FXS Port status. Click the FXS Port status to see more details.
