The EdgeMarc device Overview page gives an overview of the selected EdgeMarc device.

Navigate to Devices > List and select the required EdgeMarc device.

Device Overview


The device overview page gives the following details:

  • Basic device details:
    • Model & Mode – The device model and mode.
    • MAC Address – MAC address of the EdgeMarc device.
    • Firmware version – Firmware version running on the device.
    • Active address – The active address of the device.
    • Description – Description if available.
    • Located in – The collection in which the device is located.
    • Connection State – Shows the state of the connection.
    • Up Since – The time at which the connection became active.
    • Policy Compliant – Specifies whether the device is policy compliant.
    • SIP Server Status – The SIP Server Status. Click the SIP Server Status to see more details about SIP Server Status.

    • ARP - Click ARP to view ARP details.



    • LAN/WAN – Shows the LAN/WAN status. Click LAN/WAN to see more details about the LAN/WAN Status.

      Note

      The LAN/WAN Status is only available on EdgeMarc SBC models running EdgeMarc VOS versions 16.1.0 or higher.

    • T1 – Shows the T1 status. Click T1 to see more details about the T1 status.

      The T1 Status is only available on EdgeMarc 4800 models running EdgeMarc VOS versions 16.1.0 or higher.

    • Average MOS – Average MOS value during the last 15 minutes. 

    • Peak Calls – Peak calls value in the last 15 minutes. 

  • Advanced Features:

    • SD-WAN - Specifies whether SD-WAN is enabled. If it is not enabled, an option to enable it is available.

    • PRI SYSLOG - Specifies whether PRI SYSLOG is enabled. If it is not enabled, an option to enable it is available.



  • Configure SD-WAN – Allows you to configure the SD-WAN feature.
  • WAN Health – Provides details about WAN health status. 

  • WAN Traffic – Provides a graphical representation of WAN traffic.

  • WAN Traffic by Queue – Provides a graphical representation of WAN Traffic by Queue in the last 24 hours.

  • Total Peak Calls – Total number of peak calls every 15 minutes in the last 24 hours.
