The EdgeView Service Control Center (SCC) enables remote configuration and centralized management of the Ribbon Communications Intelligent Edge systems, plus auto-provisioning of VoIP phones without the overhead of running a complex software stack on separate hardware.

The EdgeView platform allows enterprises and service providers to monitor and troubleshoot VoIP performance statistics from a central location, thus enhancing the support services provided to their customers.

As a virtual appliance, EdgeView offers an excellent alternative to single-purpose hardware appliances, enabling high performance, agile and cost-effective WANs as solid foundations for those enterprises and managed service providers who are considering virtualization and cloud computing. EdgeView manages networks of all sizes, and is installable as a standalone system or in a redundant high-availability configuration for carrier-grade environments.
