To generate a report on EdgeView, perform the following steps:

  1. Choose Devices > Reports. The Reports page appears.

  2. Click GENERATE REPORT under Report Jobs tab to generate the report in a specific format.

    The Generate Historical Reports dialog box appears.


    Note

    For generating a Device Inventory report, the device scope is not supported.


  3. Select the Report Type from the drop-down list to generate the report as Device Inventory, CDR, Average MOS, Peak calls, or Total calls.

  4. Choose Collection or Device and enter the required collection name or device name in the Search bar.

  5. Click SUBMIT. A dialog box appears when the report is generated successfully.


  6. Click CLOSE.
Note

Once the report is generated, the user can download the report from the list of reports in JSON and CSV formats. The CSV format is only available for CDR and Device Inventory reports. Delete action is also available against a report.
