The SBC Edge device Overview page gives an overview of the selected SBC Edge device.

Currently EdgeView supports SBC SWe LiteSBC 1000 and SBC 2000 devices.

SBC SWe Lite Device Overview

Navigate to Devices > List and select the required SBC SWe Lite device.

The device overview page gives the following details:

  • Basic device details:
    • Alarm – The highest severity alarm indicator icon appears next to the device name at the top if the SBC SWe Lite device has an alarm set.
    • Model & Mode – The device model and mode.
    • SWe Lite ID – Unique SBC SWe Lite device ID.
    • Firmware version – Firmware version running on the device.
    • Active address – The active address of the device.
    • Description – Description if available.
    • Located in – The collection in which the device is located.
    • SIP SG – The SIP Server Signalling Group Status. Click the SIP SG status to see more details about SIP Server Signalling Group status.

  • Total SIP Sessions – Total number of SIP sessions in the last 24 hours.

  • Total SIP Sessions with Transcode Services – Total number of SIP sessions with Transcode Services in the last 24 hours.

  • Total SIPREC Sessions – Total number of SIPREC sessions in the last 24 hours.

Navigate to Devices > List and select the required SBC 1000 or SBC 2000 device.

The device overview page gives the following details:

  • Basic device details:

    • MAC Address – MAC Address of the SBC 1000 or SBC 2000 device.

    • Located in – The collection in which the device is located.
    • Policy Compliant –  Specifies whether the device is policy compliant.
    • SIP SG – The SIP Server Signalling Group Status. Click the SIP SG status to see more details about SIP Server Signalling Group status.
