To help you analyze and diagnose VoIP problems on the network, EdgeView provides mean opinion score (MOS) statistics for EdgeMarc devices and other managed nodes in your network.

EdgeView also analyzes the VoIP signaling processes running on an EdgeMarc device, and displays flow results in an on-demand signaling ladder. You can enter a date and time range for MOS analysis and for signaling captures to narrow the results to the estimated time when an issue occurred for root cause analysis and correlation.
