The EdgeMarc 7000 Series appliance is shipped with an RJ-45 to DB-9 cable (see Figure 1) for connecting a computer to the RJ-45 serial craft console port for advanced configuration and debugging.
The console settings for the system are:

- Parity: None
- Stop Bits: 1
- Flow Control: None
