If the Web UI can not be accessed from one or all IP addresses, but each IP address responds to a ping, and SSH from each is possible, perform the following steps:
- SSH to the DSC Platform affected IP address as root user.
- At the Linux prompt, change directories by entering the following:
cd/opt/cpu_ss7gw/current/www
At the Linux prompt, enter the following:
./start_stop_apache
- From the pop-up menu, select 2.RESTART to restart the Web UI software.
- After several minutes, verify that the Web UI is now accessible for the given VM.
- If the issue is not resolved, contact Customer Support.
