If the Web UI can not be accessed from one or all IP addresses, but each IP address responds to a ping, and SSH from each is possible, perform the following steps:
 

  1. SSH to the DSC Platform affected IP address as root user.
  2. At the Linux prompt, change directories by entering the following:
    cd/opt/cpu_ss7gw/current/www
  3. At the Linux prompt, enter the following:

    ./start_stop_apache
  4. From the pop-up menu, select 2.RESTART to restart the Web UI software.
  5. After several minutes, verify that the Web UI is now accessible for the given VM.
  6. If the issue is not resolved, contact Customer Support.
