PCE Statistics

PCE keeps track of ISUP and TCAP traffic statistics on an overall and on a per PCE process basis. You can use the PCE Statistics object for assistance during system maintenance. A PCE process statistics object is created automatically as a child of the PCE Statistics object for every defined PCE process.

The PCE statistics available actions appear on all statistics screens.

PCE Statistics Actions

To improve performance, the UI screen does not automatically update its counts. The counts are retrieved on demand from the running system.

The following two actions are available to manage statistics:

  • Refresh All Stats (from current running values)
  • Reset All Stats (to zero)

To update the statistics to the latest value, run Refresh All Stats. This action triggers the request at every peer to send it’s current statistics to the primary. The Last Modified Date attribute reflects the last time the Refresh action was triggered.

The Reset All Stats is used to set all countable statistics to 0. This reset action updates the Last Modified Date and the Last Reset Date accordingly.
