Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, follow these steps.
- Log onto the Web UI.
- Navigate to the alarm General Configuration screen (Critical Alarms >Required Event ID >Required Event Time >Event Context).
- Click NP Gateway from the Applications Menu.
- Click MTP3 NAs.
- Ensure that at least one MTP3 NA is defined and activated.
- Make sure that the NP Gateway traffic has been activated; if this traffic has not been activated, click the Activate Traffic action.
