If the system cannot be accessed from any IP address through SSH or Web UI, perform the following steps:
ifconfig
The Routing and Management VM's IP should be on mgt0 for the Routing and Management VM1 and mgt1 for the Routing and Management VM2.startmenu
route
If the default gateway route is in the command output, continue to step 7. If default gateway route is not in the command output, reconfigure the Routing and Management VM's IP address as described in step 5.ping<IP of default gateway>
If there is no response to the ping, there may be a networking or configuration issue. In this case, contact Customer Support.
