Note

It is assumed that you are logged into the required DSC SWe - vSP2000 VM.

The DSC SWe - vSP2000 Platform is equipped with two virtual slots. Each virtual slot has one license key. To commission a new DSC SWe - vSP2000 Platform, the product license key information is added to the system for verification and authentication.

Prerequisites

  • You have a license key generated by Ribbon (see note below).

Note

Open a Salesforce case to the PS Signaling Queue with the customer name and license request

For license key generation, include the following information about your system in your Salesforce case above:

  • UUID's
  • MAC addresses
  • SP2000 load level (e.g., 19.0)
  • License type (e.g., vSP2000)
