SDA installation and upgrade files are provided by Ribbon and are available for download from the customer or partner support portals.

The following SDA install files containing the installer and application software are to be downloaded:

  • INSTALL_flex.sh
  • SDA_19_0_0_nb20211117.tgz

Download the required SDA install files from the

Ribbon Support Portal
to your PC or local server. For more information, refer to Downloading Software Files.

Note

Before you begin, you will need a valid Salesforce account.

The SDA archive filenames ending in tgz are installed in the software directory. The remaining files are copied to the root directory on the MGMT CPU. Refer to Copy SDA Installation Files to the DSC 8000.
