Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, follow these steps to verify that the correct license key is entered.
- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- Check the licensing information.
- From the Main Menu, click Licensing.
- Check that the keys match those in the licensing letter.
- Click MAC Addresses.
- Verify that the MAC addresses match those in the License Information.
- If STP routing is expected to be licensed and is not, contact Customer Support.
