- Log in to the Web UI as root.
- Locate the Alarm.
- Click on the major alarm count in the Alarm Dashboard.
- Click on this alarm number.
- Click on the date of the occurrence.
- Click Associated UI Object.
- Contact Customer Support with the alarm information.
