This alarm can be produced by a number of situations.

  • This alarm is sent if a card is being extracted. This is normal behavior and no action is required.
  • Verify if the slot is unavailable (see 6250 slotStatusUnavailable). If this alarm is present, contact Customer Support.
  • Verify if all other cards have similar alarms. If they do, the problem may be with the CPC6600 card. Contact Customer Support.
  • Contact Customer Support in all other cases
