Recommended Action

If this alarm is raised, follow these steps.

1. Log onto the Web UI.
2. Click Major Alarms in the Alarm Dashboard.
3. Click the required alarm.
4. Click the required Event Time.
5. Click the Event Context.
6. Note the DSC Name and the Diameter ID.
7. Click DSC from the Applications side menu.
8. Click the DSC Instance with the name that you noted in step 6.
9. Click the DSC node that you noted in step 6.
10. Click General Configuration and modify the Maximum Routing Depth attribute to correspond to the maximum number of routing tables required for your search criteria.
