Description

The SCCP PC-SSN registration was not successful on all the defined SCCP connections.

Recommended Action

If this alarm is raised, follow these steps.

  1. Log onto the Web UI.
  2. Navigate to the alarm General Configuration screen (Major Alarms >Required Event ID >Required Event Time >Event Context).
  3. Note the NA point code (PC) and Subsystem Number (SSN).
  4. Click SCCP from the Applications list.
  5. Verify that the associated SCCP Network Appearance to which the INAPGW registers has the same point code as that listed in for alarm and that the SCCP application is running on all CPUs.
  6. If the PC needs modifying, click INAP Gateway from the Applications Menu.
  7. Click SCCP Registrations.
  8. Delete and recreate the registration with the correct PC.
