Initiate a reboot of the carrier card. This step will affect the Ethernet connections to the CPU for a few seconds.
NoteCheck for alarms on the system. In the case of:
- No alarms: proceed with the next step.
- Alarms: take note of the alarms, and ensure the condition is back exactly the same before proceeding.
# ssh -l root -o ConnectTimeout=10 169.254.100.31 reboot
Wait for the card to recover and alarms to clear before proceeding.
NoteIf alarms are raised and do not clear, contact Ribbon Global Product Support before proceeding to second side reboot.
Rollback the Carrier Blade Firmware (to version 01.55)
