After creating and configuring a DSC SWe - vSP2000 VM, you can access the Web UI through a web browser.

The following browser versions were used for testing Release 22.0.

  • Firefox: Version 107.0, 109.0.
  • Chrome: Version 109.0.5414.120
  • Microsoft Edge Version 104.0.1293.54

Prerequisites

Before you connect to the Web UI, ensure you have performed the following:

  • have powered up the Host and created a DSC SWe - vSP2000 VM
  • have executed the initial configuration process and installed the DSC SWe - vSP2000
  • understand the Ribbon Signaling Systems IP networking configuration

  • are familiar with the Ribbon Signaling Systems Web UI. For detailed information about the Web UI, refer to the Web UI and Menu UI Guide.    

  • are familiar with the DSC User Profiles and Privileges feature
  • are familiar with the RADIUS feature (if required)
  • are familiar with DSC Password Management
  • have the required password(s)
Start

  1. Enter https:// <VM IP address (or the shared IP address)> in the Web browser URL field.



  2. Enter the username and password in the User and Password field.
