| Action | Navigate to IP Networking > IP Utilities > Open Sockets to determine if another application is using the desired address or port. Determine that the IP addresses are valid for the slot the server is listening on by verifying the configuration in the Web UI at Network Interfaces > View Network Interfaces. For hostnames, go to IP Networking > Hostname Resolution to determine which addresses the hostname resolves to. Verify the DNS Server configuration for DNS. For hostnames, it is possible that each address was not resolvable at startup. If hostname resolution alarms are not present for the SUA SCTP Server, deactivate and reactivate the server to try and correct the issue. |
