Recommended Action
- Identify the CPU issue.
Determine the folder that is consuming a large amount of storage in the /shared partition by running the following command and collecting the output:
du -sk /shared/* -h
- If the folder occupying a significant amount of storage in /shared is created by a user, please move that folder to another location or delete it.
- If the storage usage in /shared is generated by the system, please contact Customer Support.
