Perform the following procedures to verify the counts for each table in the system GTT databases (if required).
To verify the system GTT configuration
- From the Main Menu, click GTT.
Make a note of the number of GT Searches, GT Modifications, PC Lists and Commands Lists for both Workspace and Live Databases (see the following table).

To verify GTT PC List Records
- From the Main Menu, click GTT.
- Click Workspace DB.
- Click PC Lists.
- Choose All for Criteria in the PC Lists Filter, and click Continue.
- Click first entry in the PC List Selection table.
- Make a note of the PC List Records within the PC List.
- Repeat this procedure for each entry in the PC List Selection table.
- Repeat steps 1 to 7 for the Live DB. For step 2, click Live DB instead of Workplace DB.
- After you completed the upgrade, verify that the PC List Records and PC Lists counts are the same as before the upgrade.
To verify GTT Command List Records
- From the Main Menu, click GTT.
- Click Workspace DB.
- Click Commands Lists.
- Choose All for Criteria in the Command Lists Filter, and click Continue.
- Click first entry in the Command List Selection table.
- Make a note of the Command List Records within the Command List.
- Repeat this procedure for each entry in the Command List Selection table.
- Repeat steps 1 to 7 for the Live DB. For step 2, click Live DB instead of Workplace DB.
- After you completed the upgrade, verify that the Command List Records and Command Lists counts are the same as before the upgrade.
