Unless otherwise stated, DSC SWe in this page refers to the DSC SWe (on KVM, on VMware, on OpenStack, and on MA-RMS).

Configuring Licensing 

To enable some system features/applications, you must install the appropriate licenses.

For a newly deployed DSC 8000, the license keys for the features that you purchased are included in the shipping carton accessory box (refer to Unpacking the DSC 8000). 

For a newly deployed DSC SWe, or if you purchase a license for a new application that you want to add to the DSC 8000, DSC SWe, SP2000, or vSP2000 contact Global Product Support by opening a ticket through the Global Ribbon Support Portal and request the required license key(s).
