Recommended Action
If this alarm is raised, follow these steps.
- Identify the SS7 DB DSS CPUs.
- Log into the Web UI.
- From the System menu select Processes.
- Select the Distributed SS7 Services (DSS) CPU and click Update.
Verify that the yj4flx is listed as a running process on both DSS CPUs by entering
/bin/sh /opt/sigflex/current/scripts/keepalive yj4flx
- If yj4flx is not running on a DSS CP, log onto this CPU.
At the prompt, enter /opt/sigflex/current/scripts run the command ./sigflexdss status.
cyj4flx stopped mDaemon running
Run the command /sigflexdss start
yj4flx running mDaemon running
